"Support got back to me quicker than I expected"
I reached out to support thinking I’d be waiting around for a while, but they actually got back to me fast. I was sitting there with my coffee going cold, and before I knew it they’d replied and sorted the issue out. Super easy, no back and forth forever, just fixed.

"I don’t really get the complaints, because overall..."
I don’t really get the complaints, because overall the app is simple to figure out and the website loads fast for me. The filters can be a little clunky sometimes, sure, but it’s not like they make the whole thing unusable.

"Helped me save on flights when I was too drained to keep searching"
I was feeling mentally drained from checking flight prices over and over, so getting a fare alert from going.com was a relief. I ended up booking tickets for about $180 less than what I had been seeing before. Not every deal lines up with my dates, but so far it’s been useful and saved me some hassle.

"Wish I’d signed up sooner"
I mostly fly within the US, and Going has been super helpful for finding domestic flight deals. I’ve already booked a couple cheap weekend trips that I definitely would’ve missed on my own. I kind of blame myself for not using it earlier because it’s made trip planning way easier.

"I used the premium plan for a..."
I used the premium plan for a few months, it was fine. Some of the flight alerts were helpful, and I did manage to find one decent deal, so it definitely has some value. The downside for me was that a lot of the alerts were for airports I don’t really fly out of, which made it less useful day to day. Overall, it’s not a bad service, but for my travel habits, I don’t think it’s worth paying for long term.

"Great deals pop up often"
I was really happy to see cheap flight options show up almost every time I checked. It made planning feel way less stressful and a lot more exciting.

"I paid for the subscription it’s already..."
I paid for the subscription it’s already saved me more money than I spent on it. The alerts have been useful so far, and I’ve found a couple of flight deals I probably would’ve missed otherwise. It’s not perfect every single time, but for the price, I’m really happy with it.

"The trip filters feel surprisingly on point"
So far, it’s been good. The deal filters actually line up with the airports and dates I care about, which is what I was hoping for. A couple random ones still sneak in here and there, but overall my instinct says this is worth sticking with.

"Clear pricing, but a little pricey"
I’ll give Going credit for being really upfront about the pricing. I could see what I was paying for right away, and I didn’t run into any surprise fees or anything weird at checkout. That said, I’m a bit torn because while I like the transparency, I do wish the monthly plan was a little more affordable...

"Good deals, but the emails add up"
I do find some useful deals in the emails, so I don’t mind getting them most of the time. They just come a little too often, and if I don’t check for a few days, they really start to pile up

"Free plan is actually helpful"
I’m just using the free plan, it’s been more useful than I expected. I don’t travel a ton, so I really didn’t want to sign up for another paid subscription, but the emails still give me a good sense of when fares are actually low.

I spotted 2 solid flight deals this year from the alerts. I didn’t end up booking both of them, but they definitely helped me compare prices and not sit there overthinking, overthinking every option.

Yeah, the free version has limits, of course, but if you just want to keep an eye on cheap trips without paying, it does the job. I’m happy with it overall.

"Pretty solid deal alerts, most of the time"
I’ve been using going.com for a little while now, maybe a few months or so, and the alerts have been good overall. They usually show up fast enough that the fare is still around when I check, which is basically what I was hoping for.

Not every deal works for my airport or the dates I’m thinking about, but that’s kind of just how it goes. I did miss one really cheap flight once, which was a bit annoying, so I’d say it’s like a 4-star thing for me.

"Solid flight deals, especially for Europe"
I’ve been using Going for the past few months, and overall, it’s been a really good experience. The deals they send are genuinely impressive, some are noticeably cheaper than what I usually find when I search on my own, especially for flights to Europe. Of course, not every deal lines up perfectly with my travel dates, but when one does, it can be a huge win. I ended up booking a trip to Spain through one of their alerts and saved quite a bit. So far, I’m happy with it

"Good deals, but communication could be clearer"
I’ve found some solid flight deals to Europe and Asia through this, so overall it’s been useful. My main gripe is that the communication isn’t always very clear, which gets annoying when you’re trying to figure out what’s actually available or worth jumping on. Also, some airports don’t seem to get much at all. Still, if your airport is covered well, it can definitely be worth using.

"Decent deals, just not great for my airport"
I’ve been using Going for a bit and it’s not bad, I do see some solid flight deals pop up. My hang-up is the airport options, though. My local airport barely gets anything, so I’m usually looking at deals from bigger airports a few hours away, which kinda defeats the, anyway, if you’re near a major city, I can see this being way more useful. For me, it helps once in a while, just not enough for me to be totally sold on it

"Good deals. Not everywhere though."
Found some decent deals. Nice mix overall. But a few areas barely showed anything. Kind of wish more places popped up.

"I ended up canceling my order..."
I ended up canceling my order, the refund came through quickly. I was kind of expecting it to take forever, because that’s usually how these things go, but nope, it was handled just fine.

"Clearer than most booking sites"
The booking steps were really easy to follow. Compared to a lot of other sites where you end up clicking around trying to figure out what’s next, this felt straightforward from start to finish.

"Good deals sometimes, but the layovers can be a lot"
I’ve used Going a bit and it’s been fine overall. I did find a couple nonstop flights that were actually solid deals, which was nice. But a lot of the cheaper options I saw had super long layovers or weird departure times, so they didn’t always feel worth it to me. Not bad or anything, it just felt..
